The purpose
The goal of Inner Dynamics is to help people use their minds effectively to achieve their goals and dreams. Building the lives, careers and relationships they want.
Who is it for?
I coach professionals who
- Achieved their success and realised that something deep down is missing
- Are looking to grow their career and improve work-life balance
- Change career and need support during the transition
It can be you if…
…you're an accomplished manager in your 40's and you feel like you lost the drive you had.
…you want to get promoted but you struggle to find time to learn.
…you decided to change career and feel like impostor in the new role.
About me
Senior Engineering Manager and coach, with 25 years in software engineering and three years coaching. I help my teams, and clients, grow in their careers and their lives, using pragmatic and systemic coaching.
I believe strong careers are built on strengths and passions. That's what took me from a car factory floor to engineering leadership. It wasn't a straight line, but knowing what I'm good at kept me moving forward. That's why I coach: everyone deserves a life and career they enjoy.
Engineering taught me there are no silver bullets, but every problem has a solution. I know from my own experience that generic advice can hurt more than help. Instead, I use what works, not what's hyped: ACT, Transactional Analysis and Positive Psychology, among others, to get you what you need.
What clients say
“I hit some big milestones. And instead of moving forward I froze.
Dariusz helped me figure out why. instead of giving me frameworks or generic next-step advice. He asked right questions at the right time.
The result was surprisingly good.”
“During the job change, I started doubting myself, so I decided to ask Dariusz for some thoughts - and it worked really well! It helped me realize where my self doubt was coming from. He also pointed out what I should include in my CV and what to remove, it made things much clearer. Most importantly, he explained everything using clear language and relatable examples that really resonated with me.”

Q&A
The first session is designed to give you insight into coaching. We will work on one problem of your choosing and figure out the best next step you can make to solve it. You'll experience a person-centered approach that coaching offers and by the end, you'll be able to decide if it's for you.
In the discovery call, our goal is to find agreement that we want to commit to working together on your goals. That's where we will discuss the problem, the process and logistics of your coaching. It's where we agree on cost and when your coaching programme will begin.
It's a common problem I work through with my clients when something doesn't feel right, but they don't know what it is. There's a good chance we'll spend our first session figuring out what goal you want to pursue.
Each session takes approx 50 minutes. Sometimes less if we both agree the work is done. Sometimes we extend to 60 minutes if we need to wrap up what we started.
We meet as often as we agree. Some clients committed to rapid change will choose one or even two sessions a week. Others will choose biweekly and some with busy lives will choose a monthly session for accountability.
All sessions are done online over a video conference where both sides make themselves visible on camera. It helps with communication. We run sessions in the early morning and evening UK/London timezone.
In our first conversation, we'll agree on a rate and number of sessions that works for both of us before we commit. Think of it as a negotiation. I'll propose my base rate; if it's not affordable for you, we'll find a middle ground. It means you get the chance to work with a professional coach at a fraction of the usual cost.
That's true, I could charge more, but revenue isn't my focus right now. I'm still completing my Level 2 coaching training and accreditation, alongside a full-time job, so I can afford to keep my services affordable while I build up my practice. My rates will rise once I'm accredited.
I'm ICF Level 2 trained and currently completing my accreditation through Animas Centre for Coaching. Every session is still built on rigorous, evidence-based frameworks — accreditation is a formal milestone, not a prerequisite for effective coaching.
That's a question I've asked myself many times. When we meet, I'm a coach bringing 25 years of experience applying systemic thinking to real-world problems. I practice what I teach: using existing experience in new ways, in new contexts.
Ready to see what's driving you?
We'll talk through your goal, the process and logistics — and agree on what works for both of us.
